Specialty surgical wound care for your most complex patients without coordinating outside transport.
Home Health Agencies

Surgeon-Led Bedside Teams
What an SLBT Visit Looks Like
A board-certified surgeon, supported by physician assistants and nurse practitioners, rounds at your facility on a recurring schedule. Every wound on the unit gets surgeon-level evaluation and a written plan.
Sharp surgical debridement, biologic and amniotic skin grafts, growth-factor therapy, and other advanced wound care modalities are delivered at the bedside — no transport required.
Visit notes, photos, and orders are documented in your facility's chart and shared with your nursing team, the patient's primary care provider, and any specialists involved.
