Our clinic is located at 3901 Georgia St NE, Suite C4, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Patients travel to us by appointment from communities all across New Mexico — from quick drives down the freeway to longer trips from the corners of the state.

For patients where transportation is a real barrier, we offer telehealth follow-ups for established patients with stable wounds. Coordination with home health agencies and care facilities is built into how we work.

We work with home health agencies and care facilities on transportation logistics and appointment timing.When in-person isn't necessary, we offer telehealth follow-ups for established patients with stable wounds — useful for photo-friendly check-ins and quick plan updates.
