We typically schedule referrals within a few business days and keep referring providers in the loop with visit notes and photos.

What We Send Back

Closing the Loop

After every visit, your office receives a clear note covering what we found, the wound measurements, photos when appropriate, the current plan, and any changes since the last visit. Notes go out by your preferred method — fax, email, or both — and are written to be useful at a glance, not buried in boilerplate.

If you'd like a status update between visits, call or email any time and we'll pull the chart while you're on the line. We aim to be the easiest specialist your office works with.
